At Clean My Robot, LLC (“CMR”), we like to keep things simple. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work:
1. Subscriptions
- All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
2. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to your dashboard and impact reports until your subscription period expires.
3. Refunds
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
- Once your monthly payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, as offset purchases are pooled and executed based on active subscribers.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate charges, fraudulent activity, or billing errors. If this happens, please contact us at support@cleanmyrobot.com within 14 days.
4. Changes to Plans
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
- Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
